Payment and Delivery Guide

1. Payment

• Within Hanoi: Customers may pay upon receipt of the goods at the delivery address or choose to pay by bank transfer in advance (at the customer’s discretion).

• Outside Hanoi city limits or in other provinces: Customers are required to pay a deposit or make a bank transfer in advance, followed by payment upon receipt of the goods at the delivery location.

2. Delivery Time

• Within the city: Delivery times are subject to agreement, typically within 24 to 48 hours. Specific times depend on the actual circumstances of the courier service.

• Suburbs and other provinces: Delivery times will be notified by the post office or the transport company. The Tranh Đá Quý Tuấn Kiệt team will notify customers in advance.

3. Important Notes

• Orders will only be accepted if we have your full name, address and landline number.

• After placing an order, we will contact you to verify the details and confirm the relevant arrangements.

• For online or telephone purchases, if the customer agrees to pay by bank transfer, we reserve the right to cancel the order if payment is not received within 3 days.
